Previous CEO of Statoil and Managing Director for Hurtigruten, Olav Fjell, assumes the role as Chairman of Bene Agere.

– When I take on the role as the Chairman of Bene Agere, it is based on good experiences with their approaches. They support customers in executing the change programs themselves and participate all the way through until the initiatives are done and results are delivered, says Fjell.

In addition to his roles at Statoil and Hurtigruten, Fjell has been the managing director of Lindorff and Postbanken. He was part of the executive team in DnB and Kongsberg Våpenfabrikk. Fjell also has extensive non-executive board experience, and is presently the Chairman of Statkraft and a member of the non-executive board of Swedbank in Sweden.

‐ We greatly appreciate that Fjell chooses to use his time and capabilities with the further development of Bene Aere. We are expanding across the Nordic and internationally, and his experience will be valuable for this journey. As our concept is to be a tool for leaders that want extraordinary results, it is important that someone with Fjell’s background is actively engaged based on his own experience in partnering with Bene Agere. We are really pleased to have a Chairman with Fjell’s reputation and integrity. From his own top leader experience he is able to refer to how leaders that want more can succeed, and which role Bene Agere can play, says managing partner Pål Wæhle.
