As an experienced professional in Bene Agere you take part in, and is responsible for, the planning and execution of larger change efforts, working side by side with peers and managers, in a broad variety of organizations. In a transformation you will typically be responsible for managing one of several change areas, supporting project owners and -leaders in the implementation of unrealized potential within their area. The role would typically also entail management of smaller teams.
